 The largest and most historic in Anheuser-Busch's nationwide
network of 12 breweries is the St. Louis brewery. It began producing
beer in 1852. The St. Louis brewery has an annual shipping capacity
of 14.5 million barrels of beer.
The St. Louis brewery also is a popular tourist attraction, drawing
more than 250,000 visitors each year. Guests tour the facility and
observe the company's century-old brewery process. Those of legal
drinking age enjoy complimentary Anheuser-Busch products.
A retail store also offers a selection of Anheuser-Busch merchandise.
