Anheuser-Busch operates one of 12 breweries in its nationwide
system in Houston, Texas. The Houston brewery went into production
in 1966. It has the capacity to produce about 12 million barrels
of beer annually. The Houston brewery recently completed extensive
modernization and expansion projects that automated brewing/packaging
operations and updated brewery equipment and processes.
