(You can also access your information over the Internet with your special passwords.) In addition, the same page gives you access to reports describing the performance of the investment funds as well as investment option reports showing a description of each fund's manager, the objective of each fund, the investment process, and risks associated with each fund. These reports also show each fund's performance year-to-date, and one year, three year, and five year performance, as well as fund characteristics such as the 10 largest holdings, price to earnings ratio, sector yield, and dividend weightings. These reports are issued quarterly. The 401(k) page also displays an Investment Basics Brochure, which is designed to help you make the most of your 401(k) and gives you the information you need to make the savings and investment decisions that are right for you. You can use the information in this brochure to help create an investment strategy that fits your needs and retirement goals. Life Assistance services is a new benefit which can assist eligible employees* and members of their families in addressing their individual needs. You will be able to obtain information, referrals, and guidance on child care options, senior caregiving, college planning, household services, family and personal issues. Also, the Company is paying all of the cost for this assistance. You can use this benefit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Life Assistance offers printed, audio, and video resources on a wide range of topics to address needs for all phases of personal and family life.
